The stationary light reported by backcountry skiers at Ferrow Pass in January shares enough characteristics with the ongoing Blackmoor Ridge case that we’ve formally cross-referenced the two files.
Both involve a stationary blue-white light with no correlating aircraft traffic. The sites are roughly 60 miles apart, which is either a coincidence or a much larger pattern than we’ve previously mapped.
