Multiple passersby over several years reported seeing a light in the basement window of a vacant former cannery building. Utility records confirm the building’s power has been disconnected since 2013.
Our 2019 site visit found the basement inaccessible and structurally unsafe, which is reflected in the case’s Moderate threat rating. We were unable to conduct a full investigation and the case was archived as unresolved-inaccessible rather than explained.
